Care Instructions

1/ FOR PRODUCT MADE FROM LACE AND COTTON BAMBOO, COTTON WOOD
– Wash LACE products by hand (water temperature should not be higher than 30 C)
– NO Drying.
– Ironing: Iron with low heat – Use the “SILK” option.

2/ FOR PRODUCT MADE FROM NATURAL LINEN:
– Wash linen products by hand or in a washing machine with mild detergents or ecological laundry products, on gentle cycles to avoid excessive wear.
– Drying: opt for air drying or low heat (40 C/104 F) in the dryer to prevent shrinkage.
– Ironing: do it while the fabric is slightly damp for the smooth finish.

NOTE:
– The hot water and high temperature may cause some changes to the colour.
– Wash separately or with similar colors. Colors of natural fabrics may fade within the first wash

Shipping & Custom Fee

Your order will be shipped within 3–6 business days upon completion of production. Our standard shipping timeframe is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
– Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Our responsibility lies solely in ensuring the quality and condition of the items we produce and dispatch.
– Customs duties or additional import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We are not responsible for these charges or any customs policies.
– If you have specific requirements regarding documentation or packaging for customs clearance, please inform us in advance – we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchange

If the item you received does not match the description or photos, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, you may request a return or refund.
– Requests for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photo evidence if applicable.
– Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
– In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for both return and new shipping costs.
– We do not accept returns if the item is as described but you change your mind.

– While we strive for consistency, the color of natural linen can vary slightly depending on growing conditions or weather during the dyeing process. If you are ordering multiple items as a matching set, we recommend purchasing them together in one order to ensure color consistency.
– Please also note that the thickness and weight of the fabric may vary slightly between different designs, as each piece is tailored to its specific style.

Production Time

Beside the products we have in our physical boutique, Some of items are produced on demand to avoid wastage, overproduction and unnecessary damage to environment. That is why our products take slightly longer delivery time than mass produced items from big warehouses. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
– Normally it takes 3-6 business days to complete an order. However it may take longer during high season. Please contact us in advance and provide us the date you wish to receive our products, we’ll let you know if we can meet your timeline or if completing your order takes longer than usual.
